I'm really glad Mexican fans will have a Metallica show very soon. They've been waiting ten years! I hope that the band is going to play in South America as well.

It is a very nice sunny day here in Mexico City. A GREAT day for a Metallica show! Mexico City is the second most populated city in the world, with over 22 million people! As everyone knows, these 3 shows will be filmed for an upcoming DVD. Wayne Isham and his crew are here getting all their stuff ready for the big shoot. Pix are up from yesterday, and one of the kids running into the venue from about an hour ago. When the band arrives, they will have a press conference with about 100 journalists, and then the usual meeting and greeting of some lucky fan clubbers! Stay tuned!

Quite cvool they changed the first few songs, but all in all it's still just "nice"
Posted by Het2006 on 07.06.2009 at09:54:
i think we're already used to it too much that they change songs nearly every night, look at some other big bands, they play every night the same fpr the whole tour....
But anyway, nice set and looking forward to the dvd
Posted by Metallifreak on 07.06.2009 at10:55:
Well, setlist okay but really nothing special. To be honest, since Metallica is one of the biggest and famoust Heavy Metal bands, it's no good that they only change 2 or 3 songs, when they play 3 Songs in the same city, in a row. I really don't hope they will go on the same way for Copenhagen.
Posted by metalandi on 07.06.2009 at11:01:
What the hell are you talking about. jörg? They played 8 different songs from the 1st setlist yesterday
