Recording Comments:
An amazing concert to say the least. Although the setlist was nothing special (with the exception of the 'Hardwired' premiere), the crowd energy and volume was intense. The newly built stadium has a capacity of 73,000 and was occupied by a sold-out 55,000 people. During the last song, "Enter Sandman", Metallica released hundreds of bouncy balls from the roof and at the end of the concert had a full-on fireworks display inside the stadium (the retractable roof was not open, making it that much more awesome). I was roughly 50 feet back and to the mid-left on the Floor/GA. I have labeled this as the 3rd source, being that at this time I'm only aware of the obvious LiveMetallica.com SBD recording and the Pandora Live Stream. As an added bonus that will help separate this source from the others, I have included the 93x radio station intro and sound check, as well as isolated and made a separate track for when James Hetfield realizes he accidentally forgot a part of Leper Messiah. I also recorded both opening bands, Volbeat and Avenged Sevenfold. The pictures included with this were taken with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge at 12 megapixels and the two video clips were also taken with it at 1920x1080 resolution.
Recording "Proof" Comments:
On track 22, "Seek And Destroy" at 1:00-1:03, James Hetfield says, "Scanning the scene in Minneapolis tonight!". There are also several other mentions throughout the recording to the city of "Minneapolis" and the state of "Minnesota".

I got this show in a trade directly from the guy that transfered his 2nd gen aud cass to cdr for me. The first song of the night "Blackened" is missing. This show sounds pretty nice! There is some his on this due to being from 2nd gen cass but considering this show doesnt really circulate that much except the version with only 4 songs, this is a true gem of a show!

At the end of track 06 it seems that the recording changes over to a different source, i have no idea if this is still the same show or if someboby added these tracks from a different show altogether. After Whiplash James says its howie the tour managers birthday tonight and they ask the crowd to sing happy birthday with them for him.

Heres what the taper had to say:
They were frisking hard at the door that night. I had one of the
opening bands take in the recorder for me and for doing so i agreed
to tape them. There were few people in the venue and i was spotted
taping the opener(I forgot what the band was) by testaments tour
manager. He interrupted and took the tape away before they were even
finished. Luckilly the D3 was not confiscated and i had one extra
100 min tape behind my wallet. I found a spot on the far right of the
club near the bar entranceway away from him and managed to tape 95%
of the show. I had no extra tape left when i ran out during Hail Mary.
They played one more song after that... The songs listed above are
what i was able to pull off.
