Guitar legend Carlos Santana revealed during a recent interview with an Australian newspaper that METALLICA axeman Kirk Hammett has recorded a guest appearance on Santana's next CD, which is scheduled to be an instrumental. "It will be called 'Shapeshifter' and it will be out about six months after this one," Santana said, referring to his current album, "All That I Am", which features Hammett on the track "Trinity". "There are no singers. No singers at all. I might get Eddie Kramer to remix it. Maybe he might help me with a couple of songs." Kirk had previously worked with Carlos in 2001 at a live show benefit in San Francisco. Carlos was also invited into METALLICA's studio in 2002 while the band were recording "St. Anger".

Yesterday was THE day 
Great show Eric sardinas rocked with a great show before steve entered the stage with his band ! All together a great concert !
The only thing I didn't like was that it was too loud though i put oropax in my ears it was quite loud !

A dvd to honor Anton Corbijn was produced in coorperation with "Director's Label Series".Anton Corbijin directet tallica's "Hero of the Day" and "Mama said". Those two videos are printet on the DVD and also some comments from James and his guys are shown there as comments from other Bands like Nirvana, U2, Depeche mode and more.
