First show on Summer Vacation in Europe, 2012 edition begins tonight! Opening band and friends Gojira started off the show, and our other friends in Machine Head just took the stage. James, Lars, Kirk, and Rob have all done the meet and greet, and are either in interviews or starting their pre-show ritual. More updates to come, stay tuned!

When was the last time Metallica premiered two never before played songs back to back? Don't know the answer, but it just happened here in Prague. The Black Album set opened with a small movie montage, and then into Struggle. Then the heavy bass of Misery pulsed thru the arena. God just finished, and Wolf is starting.... you get the idea here.....

The Black Album

What a great show here in Prague to start off the 20th Anniversary of the Black Album! The band surprised everyone, and played it backwards! During and after Sandman, it was pyro, pyro, pyro, and pyro!!! Sandman had fireworks, Fuel had the big flames, One had the big booms and bangs, (including the new lasers) and the set ended with Seek, with beach balls and more big pyro! Full setlist is up, pics to come!

It was truly fucking amazing from the pit and as I heard it was the same from the seats too, where I was supposed to experience the show but I just got a snakepit pass. I got a beachball and a pick from Kirk. großes Grinsen
